I think peace deal right now is the best with some compromise from Ukraine... Putin will take donbas somehow even if 50000 troops killed, because he don't need election to survive in politics... Ultimately there will be huge loss for Ukraine!!! Loss of land + destruction, and after sometime world again start to co operate with Russia ( like after crimea annexation)...
