  1. Social Security taxes go into the general fund, but they are not apart of general expenditures. While I disagree with sending money overseas, this comment doesn't make any sense.

  2. Demographic problems! Social Security is failing because there's not enough taxes going in to pay for current retirees. Wages not keeping up with inflation is a MAJOR reason.
