  2. If you think phthalates are the only issue; you're clueless. Even IF you go off grid. The water-sheds are poisoned with hormones, PFAs, and chemical/drug traces. Virtually all farmland and surrounding areas are contaminated with high levels of glyphosate. Yes! We are being poisoned and 'environmental health' has not been prioritized whatsoever since Reagan.

  3. Mortgages are where almost ALL the Covid stimulus and low interest went towards. There should have been stipulations under the Trump Admin and Reserve banks to maintain higher real-estate rates than is typically defined by bank notes and bills.
