Pointing a gun at someone qualifies as 'intimidation' and 'public safety threat'. Which drastically alters how a court is going to view the charge. In most states and jurisdictions, if you pull out a firearm and point it at someone's head; you're going to prison. Especially if you're a repeat offender. All requirements are met for intimidation, public safety violation, endangering the public (separate charge), and reckless endangerment as well (separate charge). If it was done in a school zone or near a public facility; this escalates the charge as well.

If you walk into a convenience store and wave a fake gun around or hold it in the pocket of your hoodie; you will be charged with brandishing a firearm. It doesn't matter if it's fake; you convinced the victims that it was a robbery. It's the same as attempting to sell cocaine (that's actually sugar, flour, or salt). If your intent was to sell cocaine (fake or not) in order to solicit business; you will be charged with distribution of narcotics.

  23. It's not really a stereotype, people that are sexually confused don't come from normal childhood backgrounds. Regardless how the media wants to spin it. They're typically children that are products of the foster system or divorce that have been massively traumatized by sexual predation. This is the most irritating part for me, because they pretend that these kids come from a loving household and just one day choose to be a different sex.
