  1. Slight price fluctuations, but not corrections. There aren't enough foreclosures to induce a crash outside of extremely high priced demographics. Your cookie-cutter home prices aren't going to come down. We have the lowest foreclosure rate in 20 years. It took nearly 5 years of rising foreclosures to produce 2008.

  2. These grifters are so desperate for a crash that many spent the last 4 years building their ENTIRE channel on. So they intend to 'make a crash' happen in their news regardless of the reality. Not sure how this guy can even take himself seriously knowing he intentionally puts out click-bait and misinformation left and right.   3. Is this guy a grifter or just clueless? Foreclosures are at a less than 1% rate currently. It took 4 years of rising foreclosure ratings (upwards of 3-8%) to cause the 2009 collapse. There is no mortgage collapse; this guy is selling bs.

  4. Absolutely BS! Foreclosures are the lowest they've been since the early 2000s; roughly 0.3% 2008 was over 8%. This guy is full of it.
