It has been done 'repeatedly' under every US Administration since Bush Sr. We have some three dozen nations under threat of civil war and economic collapse due to policies, coups, and sanctions set by Obama and then exacerbated by Trump.

  2. People need to stop pretending that these are normal children committing crimes. They have antisocial disorders caused by their childhood upbringing. You can't look poorly on the children without looking at the environment and behavior set by the parents.
