Been fasting for around 10 years, increasing in length. Today, I eat one meal a day. It's a complete life changer. It's so frustrating to having fasted and avoided Omega 6 for years. Only to be called a conspiracy nut. Until finally your conspiracy nut lifestyle becomes the new fad lol. People are so predictable...

It's unbelievable frustrating to see a video like this, even though it's Godsent! I've been trying to warn people for years, especially in my own family about how Omega 6 in vegetable oils was causing obesity, heart disease, and death. Yet I've been called a nut conspiracy theorist by just about everyone. We have rat trials to prove it, but you don't hear a peep out of the corrupt AHA.

@slowemm Awesome, stay at it!

@yukiosakura4969 Food pyramid was thrown out by the FDA in 2011. What are you on about?

It's not so much GMO; it's Omega 6 content. Avocado and Olive oils luckily are lower in Omega 6. Butter, lard, and coconut oil have the lowest. Safflower, Sunflower, Soy, and Corn oil have the highest content.

I think (regionally an ethnically) is a better way. There's a reason some people do very well with potatoes, vegetables, or even wheat and others don't. Though American grown wheat has a bunch of problems on it's own.

@PrimalCarnivoreFallon It's a cult; that's why I left. Plus, carnivore induced a nasty eating disorder on my end. Radical dieting tends to come from a pathology of vast conclusion jumping imo. There's a radical difference between needing Ozempic and going carnivore.

Omega 6 Linoleic acids are what make up a grand amount of vegetable oils. And your body has a very hard time metabolizing them and functioning with them. They are one of the biggest contributions to heart disease. The fact that we've tested these on rats to their detriment and nobody sounded the alarm in the AHA or FDA shows you how high the corruption goes. 1. Avoid Omega 6 2. Eat fewer meals and fast 3. Exercise 4. Increase Omega 3 and Saturated fat consumption. This is how we've evolved to live. Not eating the lubricants of farm machinery smh...

The annoying thing is that influencers have turned it into a cult; kind of like crypto. You're apparently not diamond hands if you eat a carb during your Lion Diet. I did carnivore for a series of months and ended up with a severe eating disorder.

@philabu7376 Take all of this with a grain of salt Phil.

@TheSwauzz Yep! Tried it and ended up with an eating disorder. As usual, people take a useful tool and abuse it into becoming a cult.

@aliendroneservices6621 I've seen Chris, can't say I understand how that would be possible. Lard I'm pretty sure is just pig fat. If they were mixing it with seed oils, wouldn't they have to label it as a 'lard' blend or something? We have lots of lard, but we don't cook with it. Just use it to make soap.

@aliendroneservices6621 What on earth are they being fed? I assume most livestock on not immune to this?

@DebasedAnon True, but humans becoming smarter in the 20,000 years that agriculture began to gain a foothold? I don't think that's a coincidence. Human intelligence alone stampeded forwards in the 18th century due to the widespread availability of caffeine and clean water. Eating what is available for survival is not exactly the same thing as living a harmonious in your domain. If anything, constantly running on ketones would mean a state of survival if I'm not mistaken. I'm not sure what evidence there is on nutritional sources gained with the inclusion of agriculture outside of a (meat only diet). But I feel we've adapted this way for a reason.

Butter or olive oil in my opinion. Even coconut oil if you so choose. Very low in Omega 6 👍 Some industries switched to peanut oil because it has half the Omega 6 content as canola, but nonetheless harmful.
