@grantg2692 Well, while I hate it, we also need to NOT muddy terms here. The insurance denies the claim; medical services don't deny treatment. Most people dying in the hospital are going thru cancer, pneumonia, and, coronary artery disease. Hospitals aren't going to refuse to treat you in those situations, but insurance will attempt to screw with the bill.
