  1. I think Simon is being false modest, and probably is rather stuck up. Lots of writers are not commercially successful, after all. The thing with literature is that it is an art for thinkers and communicators. We tend to be people who see things differently to the majority, who are narrow minded ad unimaginative, by comparison.

  2.  @oldschool1993  The majority aren't interested, but a significant minority are. I can't work out if you agree with me or not. Stay away from the Harper Collins and Penguin, or at least have your liberal propaganda goggles on.
