You don't quite get that carbon footprint thing do you. Wood is combustible largely because when burned it uses oxygen to make carbon dioxide. Diesel is obviously derived from oil, and is a fossil fuel. Biodiesel when burned is csrbon based and produces what we used to call a 'greenhouse gas'.

@gracecollins8415 I probably do. You are still producing that gas, whatever you burn. Lots of fuel is being and has been burned worldwide. You're not counteracting much with wood stoves and diesel. Why bother trying anyway?
