  4. The public school system is the main old boys' network anyway. At least the privileged help each other, albeit cliquish and materialistically. At least the army is for those who want to be physically heroic men. It might not have worked for a misfit poet like me, I grant you. As a percentage of the UK population 30,000 soldiers for example, probably less. Remembrance nowadays, is a difficult agenda to pin down. Same goes for the opponents and critics of Remembrance, like this guy.
