Well, the idea of someone going to jail for waving a flag doesn't sit well with me ("first they came for the guy with the Russian flag...") it has to be understood that the pending scenario is very serious: invasion and occupation, war crimes, the murder of civilians, replacing an elected government with an authoritarian regime, etc. All that said, freedom of speech must be preserved – the west cannot sink to Russia's level.
