@nemui_tora - History shows that the USSR did not want to attack the United States. Fidel Castro, on the other hand, did. The Soviets were scared out of their minds that Castro would actually launch a strike himself against the U.S. with their equipment after he made statements indicating it would be worth sacrificing Cuba to destroy the United States. Later in his life, Castro said in an interview that it would have been wrong of him to do something like that, but his younger self would have been willing to do it.
