  3. On the off chance that this isn't a joke... There is a city in New Jersey right outside of New York called Newark. It has a gigantic airport in it that serves the New York area. So many flights to "New York" actually land in New Jersey. The airport code is EWR. It is arguably closer to Manhattan than the two airports that are physically in the city, JFK and LGA. Newark is also a United hub, so many of their international long-haul flights originate or terminate there.

  4. I don't ski and I hate the cold. Therefore I've only been in Denver airport for a connection. But if it's 125 miles between Denver and Vail, why even bother running the E-Jet flight? Wouldn't it make more sense for a passenger to rent a car in Denver and drive to the mountains?
