I mean, this was probably as balanced and accurate as any source is willing to go without addressing the politically incorrect parts of this story. Not bad, certainly much better than usual – but not the whole story by a long shot.

@thombrick With YT's censorship regime in place? I'd love to have a real discussion on it, but no way it'd happen, even if there was no offensive language used or anything of the sort. It's a losing battle, unfortunately, which is why we never collectively get to the bottom of anything in society today. It's not "baseless," either, it just deals with racial issues that do not comport with the overwhelming view of the people who program the Google/YT algorithms (or human censors, if they still have them).

@user_4046 That's the point. Neither are good systems, hence the desire for a multicultural system that could organically develop. Instead, they began resorting to expropriation and race-based ownership quotas that simply enriched party cronies who acted as middle men. It's what Americans would call "affirmative action" only on a hot shot of steroids and speed.
