Simon, the author of this should have mentioned that it is common for Hamas and Hezbollah to recruit journalists who can provide footage to western news agencies such as Reuters and others to simultaneously provide intelligence to the terrorist organizations. A "journalist" in this part of the world may not be what most westerners would consider a journalist, much in the same way Vladimir Putin uses the Russian Orthodox church to provide intelligence to his war in Ukraine – certainly not the definition most of us would think of when we imagine "clergy." I suspect your writer here is a bit on the "woke" side.
