  1. This will be suppressed as he was never convicted of a criminal offense and polygraph results are not permitted for consideration in courtrooms. Unless a juror literally recognizes him or his name, they won't hear about this.

  2. The DUIs were probably legit. But he probably illegally pulled over 20 people every night until he found someone who was drunk.

  3. They not only have awards for DUI arrests, departments are bribed with "grants" by insurance companies. The town where I used to live got two or three free patrol cars funded by insurance companies because they had a certain number of DUI arrests per capita.

  4. The DUI arrests themselves were probably legit. The reason the people were pulled over in the first place, however, often is not. They simply pull people over late at night for (insert reason here) until they find someone DUI, which probably isn't that difficult in the right time and place.

  6. There is no national law. It is state-by-state. South Carolina bans texting while driving, however talking while driving is not illegal.
