@SamtheIrishexan That's not quite it. Actually, Iron Dome includes U.S. tech and would be manufactured here if fielded beyond an evaluation copy. But the system is really not built for the area defense of Guam from jets, cruise missiles and UAS. Iron Dome is purpose-built to defend against rocket, mortar and (arguably) artillery attacks. It's exceptionally good at this, but that's not what's going to be fired at Guam. The U.S. is mating the underlying tech to the integrated system so it can be licensed into the domestic product, which will use hardware capable of Guam's specific defensive needs.
