  1. Yeah, this is a good point. It bothered me on the 757 article. The B757 was probably the most highly-regarded plane of its generation for pilots to fly, it provided a powerful mid-market platform that could operate rapidly from either hubs or smaller airports and had a lot of utility. Many airlines wish they had a successor. Every airplane type ever made will have a production start date and production end date eventually. It doesn't mean it "fell" or failed.
