  1. Sri Lanka would be well advised to warm up its relations with the west. If anyone thinks Russia is going to be some valuable trading partner or source of food once this over, they're living in a fantasy world. Much like after the collapse of the USSR, any country that is relying upon Russia is in for a disturbing awakening.
