I would like to see the U.S. go completely metric (we already use liters for drink bottles, wine bottles, etc. and grams for medications) and our cars all have both mph and kp/h on the speedometers, so that wouldn't be difficult. Temperature would be the sticking point for most people. There is just no easy frame of reference to convert from F to C, and Fahrenheit tends to provide a more "exact" temperature without using decimals. I sometimes switch my car's climate system to metric measurements (it's a German car, so both are options) and "practice," but I just can't wrap my head around Celsius.
