  1. There is a bit of an intangible here that is somewhat unique to the US market. With prices having fallen to such an extent, there has been an influx of clientele that has brought misbehavior, tension and occasionally arguing and violence to flights. This trend has caused several people I know to stop flying Spirit and Frontier in particular. This does not sound “nice,” and it isn’t, but there is a reality here. Many travelers are avoiding these airlines because they do not wish to deal with the dysfunction of some of their fellow passengers.
