@uhohhotdog This could likely be fended off, but the cost of doing so would be astronomical. Attorneys who specialize in trademark/copyright and (especially) patents are among the highest in this line of work. Aerospace is probably the only area that exceeds it. Unfortunately this is why copyright trolls have proliferated. Congress desperately needs to address all of this.
