  1. Been to Medellin many times. It's a great place. They have even cleaned up the former "slums" and modernized them into sustainable communities with utilities and services. There is a construction boom. Cranes everywhere. Highways being built, including a huge highway to the airport. This video was pure ignorance.

  2. This is incredibly stupid, beyond Venezuela and Buenaventura. I'm American and have a damn vacation condo in Cartagena, Colombia. It's perfectly safe. Been to a few more on this list too. Also... Santiago? It's a huge, wealthy city. This video makes no sense.
