Legitimate question for anyone who knows more about this: Assuming this woman did know what was going on (how could she not have?) is there anything she could have done about it? Would she have been able to quit? Who would she have reported it to? It's fine to have secured the conviction, but I'm wondering what they expected a secretary working for a fascist regime in the 1940s to have done with information she came across. I'll assume she didn't have access to allied spy networks or western news agencies.

@Kamila.k That's my question, though. Could she have just "quit?"

It was a suspended sentence in the first place. There is no actual jail time to be served.

Probably because they spent the last 80 years prosecuting people who actually had a role in the planning and execution of the holocaust rather than some lady who took a job as a secretary. They've reached the bottom of the barrel.
