@МихаилШишанов-б4э We learn about military heroes and victories in the west, too. There is nothing wrong with learning about your country's history and accomplishments. But we do not somehow believe death or martyrdom is beneficial for our country, nor ourselves.

@viclaskov Actually, it is because you live in Russia that you do not have any idea what you're talking about. The media is censored and government business is conducted in secret. Literally the biggest blogger who covers Russia (Bald and Bankrupt) was thrown in jail and he isn't even a Russian citizen nor was he asking questions about the war! Thankfully he was let out. I'm not saying this to criticize you – I'm saying this because you genuinely do not know everything that is going on in your country thanks to Putin's censorship. Frankly, we're fighting against censorship in the west too, but it is not remotely as pervasive as in Russia!
