Folks, let's keep in mind that Mr. Stone (the presenter) worked for Judge Arthur Lawrence Alarcon of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (known in the legal world as the Ninth Circus Court of Schlemiels), a radical left-leaning body that historically has had more of its decisions overturned than any other federal appeals court in America. Judge Alarcon was a Carter appointee who was behind many decisions that would be considered left-wing. Interestingly, Mr. Stone never mentioned the dire threats levied by the FBI against Gen. Flynn's son, and a father's instinctive propensity to protect his kin – a grim reality that can surely serve as motivation for a guilty plea made under duress. And let's focus on the nonsense "neutral third party" BS that was proffered in this video. Mr. Stone declined to mention that Judge Gleeson is a Clinton appointee who literally wrote an op-ed published in a newspaper supporting one side of the case that is against the DOJ before his appointment. In other words, the fix was literally in. Did you omit that, or did you just fail to conduct proper research? I surmise the former applies. I cannot confirm to which direction Mr. Stone's political biases point, but I have an idea. It is a shame that someone I respected, whose commentary genuinely assisted me in achieving a 92nd percentile score on the LSAT, could be so politically biased.
