@nanhinting7447 In fairness, it's silly to say the U.S. was "defeated" when the technical capacity and delivery systems existed to destroy every last square mile of Vietnam in a matter of minutes. Any war the United States Military exits, it does so because of political boredom, not lack of kinetic capability.

@madyin3509 Likewise, the U.S. doesn't give a shit either anymore. So as long as it stays that way, the goal of the invasion was essentially accomplished.
