  1. In fairness, Kodak Black was in a major federal prison for essentially unsuspectingly "lying" on a federal form he filled out. They were out to get him, and he also has raised several allegations of abuse while incarcerated. He deserved a pardon.

  2. Hundreds of journalists have "spread" classified information over the years. I understand not pardoning Snowden, since he actually stole the materials (that should not be rewarded) but the guy who simply published it? That is a bad precedent to set for reporters worldwide.
