Mark, your tactical combat ratios are correct with all things being equal but there are numerous considerations: 1)Airpower 2)Attrition man power 3) Attrition munitions production  4) Americans certainly don't won't to fight for Russian speaking areas of the "Ukraine" . 5) I could come up with five or more considerations, not including all the material that we still import from Russia. Any economist that is worth his salt would understand the attrition ratio. Ukrainians have very little in trained reserves or conscripts, there conscription... ...well you know their conscription... It's not want and it does not matter what I want, these are the facts.

  16. As a true believer of Ukrainian independence my whole life I need to reject any Ukrainian claim on Crimea, it belongs to the Tartars if it does not belong to the Russians. Peter the Great established a foot hold on the Sea of Azov and the Russians never looked back.
