It's the legislature and judicial branch and the executive branches that are not enforcing the crime of stealing.   Not talking about violence, if it is violence , our well armed citizens will defend themselves and eliminate almost any perpetrator. Countries that have an unarmed populous do not tolerate such crimes and you non that. You need to read a couple of books before you make such an ignorant comment .  @filipeareias3265
