@pawelszyk you look ridiculous even from using "red plague", last time people used it probably in the 70s on some American propaganda banners. Also comparing living in soviet country with living in Auschwitz is really stupid. In your words it's the same. USSR couldn't stop Germany in 39th. We were weak from WW1 and 2 revolutions. We were also busy at war with Finland at that time. We couldn't even defend ourselves in 41th. It took us 4 years to win the war. How could we win in 2 months in 39th??? I don't know how exactly looked entering of USSR to Poland at that time, but there was no genocide even officially from Poland. There was genocide from Germany and from Bandera, who's now the main national hero of Ukraine. Stalin is a controversial person. He killed a lot of people, but developed the economy of the ruined country very fast. We don't worship him. Some people do, but there are almost no monuments of him, no streets, and so on. If Soviet Union didn't fight Germans as we did, they would probably win the war. Americans would not send so many people to fight so far from their land. They lost wars even in Korea and Vietnam.
So, as you say, there was poverty and lack of perspectives in Poland in soviet time, but now everything is great? So, why the hell half of poles immigrated abroad and now only Ukrainians can do work in your country?
