@Cultured78 Mild hybrids don’t do much for efficiency, mostly just allow for smoother start-stop systems, and create a little torque for smoother initial acceleration.
1
@dirkcurritzki9585 That’s because it will break down.
1
@Real_Turismo How are you not wrong? A lot of ego coming from you. When I’m incorrect I admit it, I would advise doing the same
1
@Real_Turismo I explained how you are incorrect factually, provided the necessary info and resources for proof. The Alfa Romeo has less plastic in the bay, the Mercedes has more. It's pretty simple. You've gone and gone on about it because you're trying to dismay your simple lact of correctness.
1
@Real_Turismo Exactly, the appearance of more metal in the engine bay, meaning the lack of plastic. There is no difference in the argument other than your lack of logical understanding
1
@Real_Turismo Lmao no.
1
@faheemabbas3965 It’s lucky that people in these comments are likely not the real buyers of these then
1
@yungboicontigo9278 Well don’t drink and drive duh
1
@yungboicontigo9278 Really no need to judge anyone having fun. You can definitely balance fun and academics. Good for you though!

Chevy has to actually profit off of the expensive new mid engine platform.
1
How is this cheap? It’s great considering the price point, practicality and performance.
1
@jonasweber9408 Incorrect
1
@jonasweber9408 I have a Lexus RC profile photo, not BMW
1
@Wasabi9111 Wish the EQS was actually quieter.
1
@zenturious7743 r///woosh
1
@sheneedsme The C7 still looks great.
1
@anabang1251 Both of those are previous generation car facelifts
1
I wouldn’t bundle in TX with Northeast roads, having lived both places the Texas roads are more tolerable. They’re not great but much easier to live with
1
@gothops154 I live in Austin. Finished roads here are almost always smooth, however there is constant construction in Downtown and on various highways worsening the road quality.
1
Maybe pure acceleration, but not speed, and not pure feeling
1
I was never mentioning Mclaren
1
@EE-ie9gm The new gen feels so
1
@shrimpboychan Yes, but it’s a FWD platform and will remain biased until that switch occurs
1
Jon Because it’s cheaper…
1
@SuperPersian5367 Droughts?
1
@Knackebrot That’s ridiculous, you’re basically suggesting paying twice as much for the same ability.
1
@Knackebrot No, if you're getting a daily plug in hybrid, there are far more reasonable price options than buying another car or spending thousands on rideshare every month.
1
@Knackebrot It’s not inexpensive in any urban area. That is both impractical and far more expensive than you will let on.
1
@dividedstatesofamerica2520 Nope, no case if no proof.
1
They don’t have a plug in hybrid Highlander yet. Maybe for the next gen.
1
@JDGamez15 My grandfather, who is extremely old and probably shouldn’t be on the roads, owns a 2021 Highlander Hybrid. It rides excellently and gets great fuel economy.
1
@Addison0526 The Chevy Bolt is, but no one wants that.
1
@jv5tv515 It sounds vastly better than that. And to the person above me I think the carbon fiber chassis costed far more
