  12. It's not mandatory but people here don't understand that if you use DoorDash or UE or even Grubhub they set the base pay pretty low. For example 3 bucks base for doordash. That's all they gave us. We have the option to accept or decline. If you don't tip anything (and we know that you didn't) we won't accept it. In this case I would have taken it anyway.
