  3. Cristina Príncipe: You can't "educate" harassers and rapists not to harass or rape. It's about as stupid as thinking that you can educate murderers not to kill, or thieves not to steal. The real world will always have it's criminals. Regardless of "education" or legal punishments. That's just the way it is.

  4. JayhajimeTV: looking is not the same as harassing. I would agree that a woman is pretty stupid if she believes she should be able to strut around half-naked and not attract ATTENTION (that is looks and possibly comments at the most). But harassment goes well beyond mere attention.
