  1. The besr schedule for me would be sundays, saturdays and wedensdays off. That way I can really recharge in the middle of the week and be at peak performance during mondays, tuesdays, thursdays and fridays.

  2. Japanese workers: devotion to the company does not mean to work yourself to death. You should strive to be at the peak of performance. But as humans, you can't achieve peak performanc by completely sacrificing your free time. When you are at home during weekends is when you recharge. Food and a few hours of sleep per day is not enough. You need to gather your thoughts and take your mind off work for a few days in order to be inspired to do your best. Your boss might stay the extra hours, but he or she will need to recharge ss well!
