@IWantToStayAtYourHouse : That's not a good thing at all. War and conflict do not originate from disimilarities or unique national concepts. It originates from when interests of different countries come into conflict as well as ideas that the world should be made to resemble ones own country rather than maintaining the uniqueness of each country and culture. Globalism is a cancer on the world and should be opposed. Without unique identities tied to unique ancestry and culture everyone will lose important aspects of themselves.

@IWantToStayAtYourHouse : No we can't since the goal or globalism is to eradicate cultural identity. Do you seriously think the cultural marxists are going to stop after they've fully "deconstructed" western cultures? They're coming for everyone elses cultural identity eventually. Because individual cultures and nations does not fit their agenda. They want to see everyone turned into serfs of the "world state", where the idea of individual nations is a suppressed and dwindling memory.

@xxxbrunaa : Capitalism works in conjunction with various political ideologies except for the ideologies that actively tries to supress it (like socialism). And capitalism in itself had had a net benefit for humanity because it's mechanisms promote things like scientific research and trade. It's kind of a false analogy to accuse the capitalist endavours of private companies and entrepeneurs of "imperialism", because the products and services that capitalists sell to other parts of the world besides their native societies, has an effect on other societies culture. A capitalist sells product A to society B. The product becomes popular and widely used in society B. How is that "imperialism"? Evidently the product in question was EMBRACED by the population of society B. They, the people of society B made the choice to integrate that particular product into their culture. Compare it to actual imperialism, where the local population being invaded and conquered by another society doesn't really have a choice in the matter besides trying to oppose it violently or die trying (not really a choice at all), and it becomes apparent that the two are not comparable.

@IWantToStayAtYourHouse : You might want to take some time studying concepts like "cultural marxism" and "critical theory", as well as institutions like the frankfurt school and sociologists like Herbert Marcuse and Theodor Adorno. Then compare these ideas to the various virtues of globalism, feminism, anti-fascism, affirmative action and gay pride.

To be fair most of the loanwords are words for items and inventions that were probably imported from english speaking countries at some point. A lot of words in english are loanwords from other languages as well. "Toilet" for instance is originally from french. There plenty of words in science and politics are taken from Greek as well as latin.

@xxxbrunaa : No it's not. Imperialism is about creating loyal vassal states. Capitalism is about trade. When you conquer or sieze control of a foreign country, you can't really trade with them anymore in a sense that's financially beneficial to you, since the vassal state is under your control, and so will inevitably the costs of keeping it running. Stop using the word "imperialism" so frivolously when you don't know the meaning of it.
