  1.  @9y2bgy  Yes, it is. And no, i'm not. Until you are legally allowed to insult people, then you have no free speech at all. Insults are free speech. There is no discussion to be had about it. If you oppose people's right to be insulting or offensive, then you also oppose free speech. It really is that simple. Because if you feel offended or insulted, it is always YOUR fault, not the speakers fault. YOU are the one who even listens to the speaker in the first place. YOU are the one who doesn't dismiss the speaker as being a liar or incorrect. YOU apply value and weight to the speakers words, not him/her. Therefore YOU are responsible for any feelings of offense that you might experience from hearing the speaker.

  2. It doesn't matter. Freedom of speech is the freedom to be rude and insulting and even expressing racist views. There is no excuse for censorship. Ever.
