  3. There's something to it, what Jim said about being at the top. Look at most dictators and cult leaders. They always have one or more of the following: a peculiar haircut, distinctive mustache or beard or a very distinctive set of glasses or sunglasses.

  4. I have a suggestion for a Mad Lad with a more humourous bent: Johnny Bode, from Sweden. An "artist" and a massive swindler, who lived way beyond his means and travelled far abroad and managed to put out extremely politically incorrect music.
