  1. The Japanese will learn to rue the day when they banned the yakuza. The type of crime syndicates which will eventually take their place will be foreigners, and they will not adhere to tradition nor will they be anywhere near as low key. Compare it to the Scandinavian biker gangs if you will. Sure, during a gang war they caused a lot of mayhem. But at the same time, when Hells Angels and Bandidos chapters ruled the streets, they would keep foreign crime syndicates down hard. Nowadays when HA and Bandidos are mostly out of the picture, you have african and middle eastern gangs running around town, and the cops can't contain the violence and mayhem whatsoever.
