If I was Musk, I would kick out the current legal team asap, and hire a completely new one. You can never trust these people to be professional. If Musk or Twitter face any legal challenges, the current legal team might purposefully offer bad legal advice in order to land Musk into trouble as revenge for taking over the company.

Every german that wish to say something illegal in german on Twitter: get a VPN and choose a U.S based server. And there won't be a damn thing german authorities can do about it 🤣

If Elon starts purging the staff at Twitter. Then maybe the can put up a picket line outside the office and chant "You will not replace us!" 🤣

@MrBrachiatingApe No, they're not foolproof, but you have to understand how authorities work. Every police force on earth lags really far behind the development of technology, and they almost never manage to hire the right people that could properly trace VPN users in any useful way. So it's not the brilliance of VPN's i'm banking on here, but the natural and inevitable ineptitude of governments trying to enforce unenforcable laws.

Yes, targeted hate speech against jews should be allowed. If the jews reading it don't like it: there is a block feature on Twitter and almost all social media platforms. Be an adult and block content that you don't personally want to see instead of trying to deplatform the content denying EVERYONE the means of seeing it, just because you don't happen to like it.

@MrBrachiatingApe Good. Losing 80% of the employees means a lot of new jobs opening up for based coders, HR-workers and lawyers. This is what I tell my rightwing leaning friends a lot: our side benefits the most by us having steady jobs and incomes. Even if it means infiltrating woke companies and playing along in order to gather those paychecks. The higher we climb careerwise, the more influence we will get in the end. What we absolutely must not do is resign from careers due to our disgust of woke corporate culture, because that is exactly what globalists want. They want us to be unemployed, poor and propertyless so they can dictate all terms and set all rules because they hold all the key positions and make the most money.

@garygarside9782 Well on principle, I agree to some extent. But I think there should be a debate about the "threat of violence" argument. Because a lot of the Twitterati and lefty figures often claim to be targeted by "threats of violence", yet they never show examples of tweets or posts of it. From a philosophical view i'm not sure I think a mere threat should be illegal in and of itself. However if someone is issuing threats or violence, it should be a cause for police to conduct surveillance of that person and spy on them just to make sure that they don't make reality of those threats. Furthermore, if you recieve threats of violence from someone, I think it's fair that courts will be lenient or even acquit you if you used lethal force against that person in self defense. After all, he or she threatened you first, so you have no way of knowing if their intentions are real or not, and so it should be within your rights to take forceful precautions against that person. But this debate has no bearing on Musk taking over Twitter really, because naturally Twitter must abide by the law.

@MrBrachiatingApe Based on statistics from my neck of the woods, most people who get prosecuted for posting "illegal statements" online end up being prosecuted because they admit to the crime. Senior citizens get hit by this the most, since they are more naive than the rest of us and think they have freedom of speech. If you deny everything, use VPN's, open wi-fi's and everything, there is no way in hell that the authorities can prove that you posted anything anywhere.

@soakupthesunman No he needs to burn the bridges to all the wokists in the company first. If he relies on them to build bridges, they will only mix in dynamite with the cement. That's how all wokists operate.
