I know what you mean. Be mindful of this though. It's okay to take a break from it all. Spend time with family. Cuddling with pets. Watch a movie or whatever distractions you prefer. I know that it's easy to feel that you have a sense of "duty" to follow up on current events and that you simply have to "suffer through it". But if you do it too much, it's easy to become depressed or blackpilled in some way. And from the perspective of duty, none of us are useful to any kind of "cause" if we end up in a swamp of depression and blackpilling. This culture war is not something that's going to be settled in just one election period. It's a long struggle that is likely to last for decades. So make sure that you keep yourself energized for it by taking some time off and purposefully be "out of the loop" for some well deserved vacation from it. Long wall of text I know, but your post very much echoes my own sentiments so it felt like a good idea to share some constructive thoughts.
