  1. I for one applaud workers who talk back to bosses being utter cunts. And if the workplace is steered more in that direction, only good things will come of it.

  2. I already only work as much as necessary. And the labour code forbids my employer from demanding me to work any more or take action against me if I refuse to put in overtime. The only reason I put in overtime is when I want more money or compensatory leave sometime later. But it's all entirely voluntary. If any boss tells me I have to stay late a certain day, I can tell them to fuck off and go home for the day at the hour my contract says I can. And there's literally nothing my boss can do about it.
