  1. The difference is: with a traffic light, if you run it and run someome over and kill them, there is clear proof of your violation ending up hurting someone. Good luck proving that me not wearing a mask is infecting someone else and causing them to die, when you can't even prove that i'm not sick or contagious to begin with.
