If you want to go back to realism, then women need to start shaming other women for being feminists and progressives. Men can't de-program feminist women because the nature of feminism inocculates them from basically any thing a man might say, no matter how rational and logically consistent it may be. But most women, feminists or not, are very vulnerable to shaming tactics from other women.

Think of it this way: how can any performative behaviour be divorced from biology? You need a biological body to exhibit any kind of behaviour after all.

"Respectful freedom of speech" is useless. In order for freedom of speech to be worth a damn, it has to be permitted to be disrespectful and even downright offensive.

@scrotiemcb5858 Feminists and socialists were the ones who pushed "tolerance" on society. They are directly complicit in this development. You don't get to just put the genie back in the bottle because things didn't turn out the way you thought they would.
