  1. Well, if we all need to be involved in the decision making... Why not just ASK the public to vote for the reforms they'd like to see and advocate in favor of them? It's when you gather in these little elitist groups at various "world summits" to discuss how the world should be ruled, and where the general public is barred from entry that people naturally assume that you're trying to stage a hostile takeover.
