@Rebrn-bk5em White people do season food. It's just that we prefer raw ingredients rather than inferior dried and powdered spice. Raw garlic will always taste more of garlic than garlic powder. Same goes for chili peppers, horseradish, ginger root and so on.

@Rebrn-bk5em When you think about it, dried spices are only really a thing due to ease of long distance transport and commerce. You can't transport all spices in raw form and keep it fresh as easily as you can with dried powdered forms. But at the same time, you lose a lot of flavor in the process.

There is one "spice mix" I really like. It's called five peppers. It contains no salt. It's a mixture of white pepper, green pepper, black pepper, rose pepper and chili pepper

Washing chicken does nothing. If the chicken has salmonella germs, then they will be nestled deep within it's flesh. So no amount of washing will get them out. Only proper frying or boiling will do that. Remember kids: fry or boil until the meat is white. If it's pink anywhere, it's not done.
