  2. Nope. If the definiton of a hate crime was to commit a crime against someone of a different skin colour as you, then black offenders who go after white victims would be accused of hate crime. But that never happens. The modern definition of hate crime is when a WHITE person does anything towards any non-white person, regardless of motivation.
