@TheBasher-_- You do know that you can still have a self-defense case even if you're defending yourself with an illegal firearm right? The legality of the firearm does not determine whether a situation is self-defense or not. They are completely separate legal issues.

@TheBasher-_- Possession of a firearm by a minor does not suddenly change a self defense case into murder. If the prosecution wants him punished for possession of a firearm as a minor then that's an entirely separate court case. Possessing a firearm as a minor does not automatically make you a murderer because you use the firearm to defend your own life and safety. He could've used an M1 Abrams tank illegally and it still would be self defense.

@mikeposner8563 It's not disturbing at all and laws do not need to change. Anyone should have the right to use lethal force to defend themselves against violent attackers. These dead rioters are no loss to society.

@nataliewalton5118 Yes, BLM protesters should be treated as subhumans, because that's the way they behave. The people Kyle shot in self defense are no loss to society. Kyle doesn't need a "reason" to be there. It's a free country and a public place. He had just as much right to be there as any of the protesters. Nobody is obligated to just "stay away" or move because subhuman BLM is having a hissy fit in the area. The only problem was that the subhuman, child molesting protesters started shit they couldn't finish, and got their just Darwin awards for it.

@nataliewalton5118 Because they attacked Kyle first. He didn't attack them. Kyle made an excellent decision in bringing a gun, because if he hadn't, he might've been yet another victim of the violence from BLM protesters. It's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

@Willy13esco I'm guessing you don't understand that even if you are in possession of an illegal firearm, it doesn't automatically change self-defense to murder. As surprising as it may be to you: you can actually defend your life with illegal weapons if the situation calls for it.
