  1. I hate the dishonesty and grift of "Ancient Aliens" on the History channel. They're always abusing viewers who potentially are not very well versed in history or anthropology. A glaring example I really hate is when the show use pictures of human cranium with abnormally elongated skulls, implying some alien origin. To experts who know about the cultural practices of some cultures who did extreme bodymodifications like cranial bindings in order to achieve this look, there is no mystery or extra terrestial origin to speak of. But the dishonest sensationalists never even bother to explain where pictures if these skulls come from or their origin, banking on the knowledge that the average viewer will be ignorant of the topic.
